Also Florida rule 69a which gives the Chief of any dept. total control of any fire scene until a preliminary investigation is done. Steve also explain that if a firefighter is threatened or obstructed from performing his duty (career or volunteer) it is a third degree felony and the fire marshal will usually prosecute.
